  • Congratulations to our 8 pupils from Year 3 who took part in a tennis tournament on Thursday 8th May. A fantastic 2nd place was awarded to us! Thankyou to the pupils for all their hard work!
  • On Monday 10th March Deaf Hill Primary 5a-side football team won the semi final of the County Cup! They will now play in the final on 25th March at the Dolphin Centre in Darlington. Well done to the team and good luck in the final!

Welcome to Deaf Hill Primary School. We are a smaller than average school situated in Trimdon Station, County Durham. We are a very happy, caring school where everyone loves to learn and receives the best possible start to their education.

At Deaf Hill we ensure that every child is provided with an excellent education that is both enjoyable and challenging. Our school provides a safe, stimulating and happy learning environment.

Pupils value the close focus upon key skills of literacy and numeracy alongside more creative opportunities in subjects such as art. Pupils have extensive opportunities to participate in a range of sports, including swimming, football, rugby and netball.”
